The Roche Transplant Reimbursement Hotline

The Roche Transplant Reimbursement Hotline
1-800-772-5790 or 1-866-247-5084
Monday-Friday, 9 a.m.-7 p.m. (ET)

As a service to physicians and their patients, Roche Laboratories has established the Roche Transplant Reimbursement Hotline. The toll-free Hotline is an information service staffed by experts with information concerning coverage and reimbursement for:

  • CellCept® (mycophenolate mofetil)
  • ZENAPAX® (daclizumab) sterile concentrate for injection
  • CYTOVENE®-IV (ganciclovir sodium for injection)
  • VALCYTE® (valganciclovir)

How the Hotline Can Help

Each payer has its own coverage and reimbursement policies and procedures. Hotline representatives can help you understand individual payer requirements and provide information that may help you obtain appropriate reimbursement for either CellCept®, VALCYTE®, ZENAPAX®, or CYTOVENE®-IV.

The Hotline can provide information about Medicare, Medicaid, most commercial insurers and HMOs for all 50 states.

Service Features

The services of the Roche Transplant Reimbursement Hotline include:

  • Providing information about insurers’ coverage policies for CellCept® (mycophenolate mofetil), VALCYTE®, (valganciclovir), ZENAPAX (daclizumab) Sterile Concentrate for Injection, CYTOVENE®-IV (ganciclovir sodium for injection) for use in transplant patients.
  • Determining whether patients will have insurance coverage for CellCept, VALCYTE, ZENAPAX or CYTOVENE-IV.
  • Identifying sources of help for patients experiencing insurance coverage problems.

Calling the Hotline: 1-800-772-5790 or 1-866-247-5084

When placing a call to the Roche Transplant Reimbursement Hotline, please have the following information available for the reimbursement experts:

  • Physician’s name and address
  • Physician’s DEA number
